Contract on Englewood - Closing Late August
Cancelled this contract because the mold had taken over by the time we got the property and guess what…HUD kept our money because we were investors - not homeowners…talk about discrimination.

This project has went SOOOO smooth. I think that is mostly because I traded in the horrific “painter” I had previously. What a nightmare he was. Getting someone so bad, truly makes you appreciate a good team.
This house has really come evolved. From being so foul that people were vomiting in the front yard to what it is today - is utterly amazing. It is truly sad that people would let a house go this far down, but how can I complain? Without them - I would not have the opportunities to make a difference in not only the history of the house - but in the new start of a buyer.
The project was not “hitchless” - Cabinets by King ended up TOTALLY jacking up my schedule with their inability to manage their own schedule. They pushed my “small job” numerous times and TOTALLY dropped the ball resulting in delays and major fires to be put out.  Needless to say - they were FIRED - I would never recommend them to anyone. They totally jacked me around for weeks - just not a good way to do business.
I did find a few new companies who are TERRIFIC =)
1. Master Floors - Anthony
2. Brackman Painting - Tim Brackman
3. LADCO - Larry Dilts
(Numbers to follow) I always give credit where credit is due =)
More later =) Just had to get an update on here before everyone drove me NUTS!!!
Tiff*
